My path leads from digital businesses and search technology to enterprise AI systems. At Roche Diagnostics, I advanced enterprise search and helped shape the concept, development and scaling of a global Service Copilot.
For me, this work covers the business case and roadmap as much as retrieval architecture, prototypes, user feedback and enabling the teams.
Sharing knowledge is part of the job.
In keynotes, I make complex developments easy to understand. In workshops, we apply them to concrete questions. In consulting engagements, I combine that orientation with technical delivery.

2024–2025
From AI program to global platform
From January 2024 to December 2025: strategy, business case and delivery of a global AI program. The Service Copilot reaches more than 10,000 service professionals. The work also included an agentic RAG architecture and recruiting and onboarding 15 developers.
